Is Your Time Valuable for You? It’s Not for Aramex, If You are their Customer
I'm expecting a delivery from my bankers through Aramex in Dubai, I called to follow up with them yesterday, by 6pm to give them my address on delivery time, and after waiting 4 minutes and 45 seconds till my call got answered, I was asked about the convenient timing, so I said I’d prefer to receive my parcel latest by 10 am, the lady apologized and requested a 3 hours for their convenience, so I told her ok, from 8 - 11 am is ok? She replied, that's fine sir, you'll be receiving yr delivery before 11 am...
Guess what...
I called Aramex Dubai at 12:10 pm to inquire about my stuff, and was told that they'll follow up and ask somebody to contact me... 12:48 i called Aramex Dubai again but now i'm more frustrated.. I was told the same rubbish, we do apologize but the delay was because of heavy deliveries...! And somebody will call me soon... i informed the lady that was exactly the same thing i was told 40 minutes ago and nobody called me.. Then she confirmed that they'll follow up... i asked for a complaint call ticket and she promised it'll be passed to the concerned people, but seems they don't have a system where you log your complaint, hence, nobody follows up.
it's not the only company in Dubai which doesn't care about your time, examples are much more than that, but I always wonder, how can they still run their businesses if their reliability is so bad..!?
Your time is valuable? It’s not valuable for Aramex...
By the way... i'm still sitting at home, it's 25 minutes past 1 pm and my parcel didn't reach me yet, nor anybody contacted me... Way to go ARAMEX
